What time do I need to arrive at the event location?
The event starts at 8:30 a.m. each morning. Please arrive no later than 8:15 a.m. to allow time for parking and check-in.
Where do I park?
There will be lawn signs located around the school property to designate attendee parking areas.
Can I check-in on the Monday before the event?
Yes! Early check-in is available at the school site location from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
Can I check-in Tuesday morning the day of the event?
Yes! Check-in will be available from 8:00-8:30 a.m.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is appropriate.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a device with wifi capabilities to access event materials via Livebinder.
Will there be wifi?
Yes, wifi will be available at each event location but is to be used specifically for event activities and accessing event materials. Login information will be provided at the event.

What safety measures are being taken at the school?
Social distancing is requested when possible and masks are recommended but optional when social distancing is not possible.
Hand sanitizer is available at check in and in each attendee kit.
Where do I find my session room?
The signage will be posted at check in. Your name badge will have a symbol that correlates to your breakout room.
How do I receive in-service credit for this event?
All Florida school districts have procedures in place to assist you in earning in-service credits towards the renewal of your FDOE teaching certificate. Please contact your district's staff development director to determine your district's procedure. How do I submit session evaluations?
Please use your scheduler to submit session evaluations. Login information will be provided at the event.
Will childcare be provided?
This is a professional development opportunity. Childcare services are NOT provided. Please make your own off-site arrangements for childcare.
Will food be available on-site?
Coffee will be available for purchase in the mornings and lunch is on your own. If you want to bring your own food or are interested in food offerings located around your school site location, please review your site specific information for more details. Please note, microwaves and refrigerators are not available at any site location.
What if I have to leave early?
Please notify FDOE staff as soon as possible. Staff will be located at the HQ noted on the site specific school map.
